This is in reaction to a report by an online news platform(Not  The PUNCH ) that alleged that the armed personnel stormed the airport after videos exposed the corruption at the airport. INEC declares Anambra gov election inconclusive, fixes Nov 9 for supplementary poll in Ihiala

Photo: Saheed Olugbon The Returning Officer of the Anambra State governorship election, Professor Florence Obi, has said that a supplementary election will hold in 362 polling units in Ihiala Local Government Area on Tuesday, November 9. Citing the constitution, Prof. Obi noted that election had to take place in those polling units for the election to be conclusive. She noted that election did not take place in Ihiala because there were reports of insecurity in the area. Meanwhile, the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Prof Chukwuma Soludo, leads with a total vote of 103, 946. IKOYI BUILDING COLLAPSE:CORPSES READY FOR IDENTIFICATION

The 21 storey building that collapse in Ikoyi,Lagos state  Adejoke Idowu Lagos state has announced that bodies recovered from the collapse ikoyi building are now ready for identification.Remembered the death toll in the 21 storey building that collapsed on Monday  on Gerrard road,in ikoyi area of lagos state has increased to 21. The building Collapse around 2pm in the afternoon when workers are still  on the site.According to punch report,many people were trapped in the rubble including the Managing Director of Fourscore Height Limited,Mr Femi Osibona,who owned the building. The commissioner of information And strategy,Mr Gbenga omotoso revealed this to newsmen at the site of the collapsed building. He stated that the bodies were made available in Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba in Lagos state and an autopsy will be carried on them before releasing them to their famiies.
